duplicating the same template for old user category discussions
I had to manually link the old user CfDs at a user category talk page
[1] because this template links to CfD and not to uCfD. I would like to create {{Template:Olducfdfull}}, but I wanted first to ask on this page if this template could re-worked to add a "is_user_cat" template, or if it's better to just copy/paste this whole template and make the appropiate changes so it links correctly to user cats discussions --

I've added a parameter, usercat=, which should point the link to WP:UCFD instead if set to yes. Please try it out on your page and let me know if it works.

Recent changes (October 2015) have broken this template.
|1= is now no longer recognised correctly, or as described by the docs. This makes the template non-functional for recording category merges, when the target category should be annotated that another category had been the subject of a discussion.

Not deletion, often discussion
This template reports that the category was nominated for deletion. Very often it wasn’t, it was nominated for rename or merge.
