Content
It may be useful to have a template for classes of medications. Some ideas of content it could content
Consumer reports have good overviews of drug classes as seen here for beta blockers
[1]
The ATC code
The MESH ID code for beta blockers is D000319
Medicinenet.com or rxlist.com by WebMD may also be useful
[2][3]
The template has been
edited so that if a parameter is missing, the left hand column containing the internal Wiki link will still be displayed, but the external link will be blank (see for example
Template:Infobox drug class/doc).

Yes but if the data does not exist for all headings it would look better if it where hidden IMO.--

Addition and some questions
I added a "Use" field. Suggestions for a better title are welcome.
I'd put the "Biological target" on top, maybe after the "Use".
Shouldn't empty lines be hidden? That's standard for infoboxes as far as I know.
Why is the Drugs.com entry named "list of generics"? And the title "best-buy-drugs" for Comsumer Reports sounds a bit like an online pharmacy for people who don't know the background.
I am having trouble getting this one to work. Agree that "best-buy-drugs" is not the best title. --

Anyone able to fix this? Or should I give it a try?--

Am trying to use these boxes for vitamins. Can we add this link under drugs.com? --

Changes
Fixed article name showing up. I have removed the background color into purple. It was defined as "navbox-style" (class), but that is not appropriate in this infobox. I understand the color has no meaning, and may be changed. Headers now are with bg color grey. Also added the Wikidata link, if there is one. -
