Having looked at the diffs carefully, this isn't an RM issue GoodDay. The issue here is purely over content within the template.

The current version is functionally equivalent to the last stable version from
September 2021. The only difference is a simplification of the wikilink to
Renminbi which is compliant with
WP:ASTONISH.
