I've combined the two USN sections ("completed" and "Completed as Charles Lawrence-class…") in this template for a couple of reasons:
All the ships in the USN section were Buckley-class destroyer escorts at one time, regardless of what they were later converted to. (For example, we don't break down other navboxes by other ship fates, like "Yorktown-class aircraft carriers sunk in battle")
A navbox doesn't have to give all information about everything. The class article is the best place to explain subtle distinctions like 'this group was completed as that type' or 'ships of these numbers were canceled', etc.
