By the House Law of 1930, members of the Yugoslav Royal House are: [1]
According to the House Law, princesses cease to be members of the Royal House upon their marriage, whether equal or not. Princesses of the Blood can continue to use their titles and rank even after their marriage, and in case they divorce as well. This favour is personal and non-transferable either to their spouse or to their children. [2]
According to the official site of the Royal Family of Serbia, the Royal Family consists of: HRH Crown Prince Alexander II, HRH Crown Princess Katherine, HRH Prince Peter, HRH Prince Philip, HRH Princess Danica, HRH Prince Stefan and HRH Prince Alexander. [3] [4]
The wider family also includes the living descendants of Alexander I, first King of Yugoslavia, and Prince Paul of Yugoslavia, Regent of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia and first cousin of Alexander I. [5]
