New enough and long enough. There, the easy part is done. Article is written in a neutral manner, and each paragraph, indeed each claim, is supported with an inline citation. No close paraphrasing of copyrighted works detected. The hook meets formatting guidelines. Although the sources conflict with each other regarding the exact date, they all agree with the claim found in the hook, "generally acknowledged to be the first." The hook is void of POV. QPQ complete. Image firmly in the public domain. This article deserves main page exposure!
