... that the paintings The Kongouro from New Holland(pictured) and Portrait of a Large Dog were barred from being taken to Australia by the British Department of Culture on the grounds of their national importance?
The text of both these articles looks almost identical so I think only one of them could be counted as a new article.

Full review needed of the surviving (and still bolded) nominated article, and the two hooks. Note that the original hook is exactly 200 characters, excluding "(pictured)".
