... that the owner of the Sunset Beach Hotel(pictured) promoted his resort during the
Great Depression by observing "the
walleyes didn't know there was a depression going on"?

Length and references all check out and good to go. Offline sources accepted in good faith. An interesting article. Reviewed for QPQ.

Should there not be a QPQ listed - it looks as if Bobak has a substantial number of DYK credits?

Yes, a QPQ is absolutely required. Indeed, it should have been required for the two other recent submissions, one of which has only just left the main page. Bobak, I believe this is new since you last submitted DYK nominations in 2011: for each article you submit to DYK, you must review someone else's submission—a "quid pro quo" (QPQ) review—to see whether it qualifies, just like your own submissions are reviewed. There's a reviewing guide (
WP:DYKR) and two pages with DYK rules on them (
WP:DYK and
WP:DYKSG) to help guide you.

Still no QPQ done. Please do provide one within the next couple of days.—♦♦ AMBER(ЯʘCK) 06:18, 28 April 2013 (UTC)
