... that in the 1980s, the rate of population growth in Juniata County(location in Pennsylvania pictured) was more than 50 times higher than the rate of population growth in Pennsylvania?
Comment: It would be nice to have this run when it is daytime in Juniata County (the timezone is UTC-4).
