Expanded and enough and recently enough; no copyvio, close-paraphrasing or plagiarism; QPQ done; neutral. Hook cited but ALT! is also cited and better formulated. Pic is fine if a bit run of the mill. Cited throughout, though on a non-DYK eliminating note, some of the conclusions are a bit strained (the one line from a guide book on the oil refinery cited as evidence of the oil refinery polluting the area for example).
