Comment: Although I find this topic frightfully interesting I can't tell how appealing these hooks would be to a casual reader—and would (as always) welcome suggestions for better ones.

The article was nominated less than seven days after its creation. It is long enough and neutral, and uses inline citations. Good faith is assumed because I do not have access to JSTOR. There do not appear to be any copyright violations. The hooks are cited. The QPQ is done. The lead section mentions that the law was for firms capitalized at $100,000 or less, but that doesn't seem to be verified in the body of the article. Can you add that to the article's body?
