Tellow-e Bala (

Romanized as Tellow-e Bālā , Talū Bālā , and Tellow Bālā ; also known as Tellow ,

Siyahrud Rural District of the
Central District of
Tehran County ,
Tehran province,
Iran .
[4] The previous capital of the rural district was
Bumahen .

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 23 in 14 households.
[6] The following census in 2011 counted 13 people in four households, by which time most of Siyahrud Rural District had transferred to the newly established
Pardis County .
[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 209 people in 68 households.
