This line doesn't make sense: "From October to July of 2005"

Someone should probably clarify, but I'm too stoned to do it. October 2004, maybe?

Roadway Additions

As I have been going through most of the counties in California and adding to the Major Highway category, now I am going through to each county that has a boundary with California (in Arizona and Nevada) and updating these as well. Granted, someone with Google Earth could easily look these up and drive them virtually, however they are very useful info here as well, and I'm more than happy to do these, as I am well-travelled in this area, and know the roadways intimately! Adjacent Counties

I must question whether Yuma County still borders on San Bernardino County, California, as well as whether the county borders on eight neighboring counties. Since the establishment of La Paz County in 1983, the borders on San Bernardino (as well as Riverside, California) have become extinct.

Dates

Hello @ Magnolia677: I see you are removing things again. Myotus's position was that the problem is lack of explanation of economic relevance, and yet here you are again removing information which has context. Are you removing this because I added it? @ Magnolia677: in this case I do see relevancy to what Invasive Spices added. The Economy section is nicely developed so adding the information on Dates and its pests is not going too specific too early and the economy of Yuma County is agricultural. @ Invasive Spices: BTW Be careful of accusing or assigning motive. Try to assume good faith. It is a policy of Wikipedia WP:AGF. Not always easy to follow. Date trees were planted here 10 years ago, so a reader would naturally wonder how widespread date trees are in Yuma County. Do readers really need to know what moths and mites eat this tree? Does the obscure source cited specifically say this is a problem in Yuma County? Do readers really need to know what moths and mites eat this tree? Yes, due to their Economy impact. obscure source Is a Springer book ever an obscure source? And is that ever a reason to remove anything anyway? Does the obscure source cited specifically say this is a problem in Yuma County? It does. You would know that if you used the source I provided. That is the point of providing sources. When this conversation is done I will add the pages: 122 (for planting and for CM) and 350 (for planting and for BGM). Those are the only 2 occurrences of "Yuma" so I didn't think it was necessary. Does the obscure source cited specifically say this is a problem in Yuma County? Same answer. @ Magnolia677:Again, try be helpful and work to improve, not simply delete edits with new material that is not perfect, (AKA: Wikipedia's Editing Policy).
From this source: "Date production in Yuma County is a nearly 35-million-dollar industry, yielding about 10 million pounds of the fruit per year." - Date production in Yuma County is not trivial.
As far as your argument that the source is obscure, the article was published reputable peer reviewed journal, "Sustainability in Plant and Crop Protection" by a very reputable publisher of peer reviewed journals Springer.
@ Invasive Spices: in order to utilize your skills and strengths (they are very welcome here!) you sometimes may need to strive to go out of your area of expertise. In order to add that information AND make it more helpful, it is useful to add the context to it (such as the statement above on date production in Yuma County is a 35-million-dollar industry ...and moths and mites are a threat to that.)
