I think you've got the basis of what you want to write about. I would like to see more about the male perspective and whether or not they see the division in power. I would also like to learn more about the efforts in education to boost female teachers in secondary schools and what the current status of those schools are. I think if you we're to dive deeper into what Eritrea lacks specifically that creates this imbalance between male and female education would be interesting. For example whether or not infrastructure is formulated more towards males or could it possibly be a cultural aspect that creates bias between the races. Another topic that could peak interest would probably be the younger ages of women and how their lives usually play out. You're sources are looking spot on as well. All in all its a good start.

This is a really good start for your article. I believe that your sources are reliable and that you did not use any sources you should not have used. I find it interesting how you subdivided your topic. This gave me a good input on how i could subdivide my article since i am working on gender equality in Senegal. I think you might need a lead section that makes your article easy to understand. Therefore you will have a clear structure. The content that you are sharing is neutral in my opinion. Good Work!

Like Nolan, I believe that you have already mentioned the essential points or important facts. Since this topic is very interesting, perhaps it would be another point to explore why the rate of female teachers is falling so much in secondary school levels. Although it has already been mentioned that women in Eritrea have worse opportunities for education, the possibility of elementary school teachers and the necessary education is still there, so I would find it interesting to know why the possibility of further and more profound education is so difficult for women.
