Communities Section

I made several changes to the Communities section using the "Texas: 2010 Population and Housing Units Count" report.
[1] I removed the link to "Webb County Planning and Physical Development Department."
[2] Even though the Colonias map was dated December 2014, the website has a disclaimer that the information may not be accurate. My reason for removing several of the communities listed in the unincorporated communities section is that some are part of the city of Laredo and others are part of the new CDPs created prior to the 2010 census. I did a lot of back and forth, comparing the maps on MapTechnia
[3] and Google Maps. MapTechnia has what seems to me to be accurate data on the new CDPs. Google Maps still has not updated these CDPs. So I compared each Colonia with it's location on the 2 maps to determine if it was still a lone unincorporated area or part of a new CDP or part of the city of Laredo.

THIS IS THE COMMUNITIES SECTION PRIOR TO MY CHANGES (from the edit source page)
