Pronunciation

The IPA pronunciation states that the name of the city should be pronounced /vɪˈseɪljə/, with the first I being sounded as the I in "fish". As a local, I know this is incorrect, and that the correct pronunciation is /vaɪˈseɪljə/, with a long I. Visalia Ransacker
