I think we could do with a map of the lines on here. Any takers?-- Velvet elvis81 23:14, 29 November 2006 (UTC) reply

VRE coaches in NY?

I seen some Virginia Railway Express cars/coaches on the new haven line of metro north (here in ny)? Preceding unsigned comment was added by User:68.198.203.250 at 14:45, 21 July 2007

To answer this longstanding question, those coaches were bought by the Connecticut Department of Transportation for use on the Shore Line East service. The anon probably saw them in transit, or when they first went into use, before they got repainted. oknazevad ( talk) 03:13, 13 December 2008 (UTC) reply

Wrong Northern Terminus

The Northern Termini of both VRE lines is at Union Station (Washington, D.C.). So why do all the routeboxes indicate that they terminate at Union Station (Washington Metro)? ---- DanTD ( talk) 21:39, 9 December 2007 (UTC) reply

Copyright Violation

As an employee of VRE, I know for a fact that the logo is a violation of our registered trademark and was fraudulently made. There is a slight "tail" of an image on the bottom left side. The words "Railway" and "Express" are not centered in the logo. The hash marks separating the words are different sizes. Does anyone know how I go about reporting this and how I post the proper image? VRE ( talk) 13:41, 7 April 2009 (UTC) reply

More station opening dates needed

This article, as well as all individual VRE station articles need opening dates. As we can see with Franconia-Springfield (WMATA station) and all stations that pre-date the Virginia Railway Express, we can't just assume all VRE stations were built in 1992. ---- DanTD ( talk) 05:41, 29 February 2012 (UTC) reply
