The official name appears to be "V Bar V" (without hyphens) not "V-Bar-V", per the official Forest Service website and the V Bar V Ranch agricultural experiment station website, among other websites. To my eye, the hyphens look like extra "bars", reading "V bar Bar bar V". I propose changing the article name to "V Bar V Heritage Site", same as the official Forest Service website.
