Ilana Glazer, Abbi Jacobson?

This article says the group emerged in 1990, but that Ilana Glazer & Abbi Jacobson were part of the original incarnation of the group who would have been ~6 & 3 years old in 1990. Their own wikipedia pages say they met while attending UCB classes which makes sense, but why are they included as being original members? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.45.148.121 ( talk) 00:02, 30 April 2016 (UTC) reply

Why was the show cancelled?

I never knew why the show was cancelled and was wondering if anyone had any details. The show does not seem to be re-run at any time, even though Strangers With Candy is still occasionally shown really late at night on Comedy Central. I also wondered why the 2nd and 3rd seasons never came out on DVD. -- Diamondthieves 20:07, 1 August 2006 (UTC) reply

Recording of audio commentary is currently underway ( http://www.ucbtheatre.com/schedule/showdetails.php?showid=1396) in LA. I have yet to find any more information about when it will be released. 75.17.210.213 17:38, 25 March 2007 (UTC) reply

Thunderball?

This article needs an explanation of who created Thunderball and why it is at all related to this article. -- Savethemooses ( talk) 21:22, 10 May 2008 (UTC) reply

Los Angeles

This page has nothing about UCB in Los Angeles, which is active at least as of 2016. (Both my daughter and son-in-law took classes there, and I've been to a show there.) Material on the Los Angeles location and group is needed. Arel Lucas ( talk) 22:34, 11 January 2017 (UTC) reply

"caka-walka"

Does that refer to the cakewalk dance?

The episode descriptions are largely written in a way that recalls the jokes for fans of the show, and are somewhat meaningless for those who have never heard of the show before. Varlaam ( talk) 19:39, 31 July 2011 (UTC) reply

Is this the comedy troupe or the TV show?

This article reads very bizarrely. The comedy troupe should be separate from any TV show it later was involved in. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.145.95.55 ( talk) 14:01, 21 August 2011 (UTC) reply

Televised in 1996

I thought I watched sketches of UCB in 1996; the last year I watched Comedy Central and MTV.

Most of Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre isn't about any particular building, but rather about the organization. The many various sites are better discussed under the organization article. Daask ( talk) 00:02, 8 December 2023 (UTC) reply
