Was the Court of Appeals in Cases of Capture, which sat from 1780. See /info/en/?search=Court_of_Appeals_in_Cases_of_Capture. Not the District court in New York City. Mikedelsol ( talk) 10:16, 28 July 2016 (UTC)

Under Notable cases, one of the bullets says: "Financial frauds have been prosecuted in the S.D.N.Y., among them the cases against Bernard Madoff, Ivan Boesky, Michael Milken, and Sam Bankman-Fried." Do we want to include Bankman-Fried at this point? There's been an indictment, but he hasn't been prosecuted yet for the crimes. Hannahthom7 ( talk) 15:41, 18 April 2023 (UTC)
