Most people I've met call DHHS "DHS". Should a "not to be confused with Department of Health and Human Services" section be added?

I've always seen "DHS" as homeland security and HHS as health an human services. I've not seen one acronym used for both. Do you have any sources?

I didn't see this anywhere online so that's why I was asking if it's just people around me. Just people I know say "DHS" when they met "DHHS" often.
