I think this article could be moved to
Tracy Park Historic District. The word (Tulsa) seems like unnecessary disambiguation, since there are no other articles about a Tracy Park Historic District.

MelanieZ, thanks for your reply. I had started with the title you propose, but added Tulsa, since some other Tracy Parks showed up during my searches on Google. The disambiguation was more for the convenience of future authors and users. However, I don't have an objection to dropping the parenthetical expression if WP usage rules it is inappropriate.

Even though there are other Tracy Parks, there does not appear to be any other Tracy Park Historic District, so the name seems unique - and seems to be a distinctive enough name even if some of the other places named Tracy Park eventually get articles. I will go ahead and move it. --
