i live in massachussetts ! my daughter is w someone in florida that had temperary custody but it is now null and void she will not bring my daughter back and she says i lost my rights ! shes made up fake documents and she only got her through puerto rico ! she has told puerto rico she lives there just to obtain custody because they are easily corrupted and puersuaded w cash !! ive called florida court in her area i think but she gives me different adresses to send packages so i dont know where she lives exactly! she told the judge she was her paternal aunt when she has no blood relation! she is not family she is my daughters fathers half sisters half sister! my daughter was kid napped iots been two years i dont have money like she does so i have to do this on my own w my mother her grandmother !wev are both on ssdi and have limited income so every lawyer and aids write us off! im guessing im going to have to get there and file but do i go to you the supreme court or local family court? because this woman is guilty of federal crimes by lying under oath, kidnapping,feeding me pills in the san juan police station and then filed for an extra six months via zoom and supenaed me in puerto rico when she knew my adress and that i was back home! i want her investigated and charged and i want my babygirl back asap but she needs to pay for the trauma she has put me and my family through and for thinking she is untouchable ! i dont know how this is still not solved when ive told everystate board and building in nh ans ma i gave dhhs dta ssa alll the paper work so i stopped getting a check for her ! but they just swept it under the rug! ive contacted senators scheduled meeetings and they always had an excuse! pls supreme court ! help me! my daughters name is verity rose hernandez the ladys name is carmen moctezuma i think they live in key biscayne orn loxahacthee ! my email is mirandamello04@gmail,com im planning on going down there but i need to know the deal so i can have enough money and support and time ! pls! 6033655762 from a broken mother desperate for justice and her only child! miranda mello
