Since this is about one specific article, this discussion should probably take place on that article's talk page. The article was "
Rumsen";
User:Kwamikagami made a typically unilateral, undiscussed move to
Rumsen language without changing any of the content. The logical move would be to take the ethnic group information and create a
Rumsen people article. -
