The introduction to this article says that Rprop was created in 1992. A citation is provided for a Technical Report from 1994, but nothing from 1992. As far as I am aware, the canonical citation for Rprop is M.Riedmiller and H. Braun, A Direct Adaptive Method for Faster Backpropagation Learning: The RPROP Algorithm, Proc. ICNN, San Francisco (1993). (thousands of citations according to Google Scholar). However, again to the best of my knowledge, the concept was first introduced in 1992 in Riedmiller, Martin, and Heinrich Braun. "RPROP-A fast adaptive learning algorithm." Proc. of ISCIS VII), Universitat. 1992. (but much more rarely cited than the 1993 paper).

I propose the following change, to leave "created in 1992" intact, but to add two citations, those mentioned above to the reference section, with the references included immediately after "1992".

This algorithm is implemented in the OpenCV Machine Learning Library.

I propose to add a reference to OpenCV and include in the body of the article mention that this algorithm is "implemented in existing open source libraries", referencing OpenCV.
