The name of the topic (a Nepalese newspaper) is República, not MyRepublica. MyRepublica is simply the name of the website and has no relation to anything. There _is_ a separate La República newspaper in Peru. If the names are felt to be too similar, then the page should be moved to
República (Nepalese newspaper) and
República turned into a dab; but I think my suggestion plus two hatnotes should be fine. —
