Election and campaign material was all moved to Elections in New York where it belonged. This is reserved for what politicians DO after they are elected. So there is a fairly "bright line" around bother "Government of.." which is what the constitution says, "Elections in" which is about elections, results and campaigning. The rest, which are laws that may be unique to New York, go into here. Sometimes the line is not quite as crisp as the other two. Just try to see if it fits in the other two articles first. I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Politics of New York (state)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
