Reportedly the boundary of Plains, GA is (by statute) a circle, making it one of a small number of circular jurisdictions in the US. Can someone confirm this? If true, it seems like it's worth a mention. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.173.105.111 ( talk) 12:40, May 5, 2004
