Title

The title is a little misleading. It makes it sound like the entire team was aboard the plane, when only two players were actually aboard. Boneyard90 ( talk) 22:00, 29 January 2012 (UTC) reply

Deletion of the names of the people involved

The user WilliamJE edited the article in January to remove the names of the dead from the article, with the comment "We don't list passengers who died unless they are notable." I think at the minimum, listing Bill Teegins is appropriate; he was a notable figure in the Oklahoma City broadcast market for 13 years, as the sports director and lead sports anchor of the local CBS affiliate and was the play-by-play announcer for OSU football and basketball. I am going to leave this up for comment for two weeks and then edit the article to include him barring any credible reasons not to. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Redshield3 ( talkcontribs) 13:38, 29 September 2018 (UTC) reply

Saying that people are not notable is a little overboard. I think it would be best if you said you would want to list the most significant. Treating people, dead or alive, like they aren't notable is called disrespect, and it is rude to disrespect the dead. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.16.28.10 ( talk) 15:03, 15 December 2020 (UTC) reply
