Why is Flagstaff located in both the Northern and the North Central regions of Arizona? Also, where might Lake Havasu City be found?

I agree--this "North Central Arizona" article, which is really more of a list, overlaps with the content of the Northern Arizona article, which is not list-like. Seems to be some WP:content forking going on here. Maybe there should be an effort to clean up this forked content. By the way, Lake Havasu City is in neither Northern Arizona nor North Central Arizona. It is in the Mojave Desert and the Lower Colorado River Valley.
