Suggestion
Hey there. I have a suggestion to make this page a little more readable. First off, I think you should put a picture of Natalie the night at the reunion show if you can find one, but I wouldn't put a pic of her in the game up because if you take a look at the other players' wikipedia page, their pics are not from the game. Also a little more information on her background would be helpful as well. Use her CBS.com profile for help and use it as a link as well. If you need help or anymore questions let me know.
Note that images must be free, or be given specific permission by the copyright owner to be placed on Wikipedia. That's why you don't see images from Survivor, as those images are copyrighted by
CBS. See more information at
Wikipedia:Ten things you may not know about images on Wikipedia for more information.

The site is not a
reliable source of information. They do not list their sources, and I have found that they frequently post false information as well. Not to mention the excessive pop-up advertisements and banner ads. Thanks!

The site is not a
reliable source of information: Perhaps. However, it was not included as a source of information (i.e as a
reference). It was included as
an external link for readers who would like to see photos of Natalie White. This is especially useful since at the moment the article does not have any photos.
Not to mention the excessive pop-up advertisements and banner ads: I can't find anything in the guidelines prohibiting placing external links that have lots of pop-ups. Perhaps we can add a warning that the site has pop-ups, so the reader can use his/her discretion prior to clicking on the external link. I, for example, do not see the pop-ups because I have a pretty good pop-up blocker.
Per
WP:ELNO item 2, I would say that having unverified and quite possibly factually incorrect information (based on the site's track record) would be a reason to not include it.
Plastikspork―Œ(talk) 20:38, 3 January 2010 (UTC)reply
Okay, suppose we forget about the
WP:ELNO issue. What is the purpose of linking to the poptower page? The entire content is clearly plagiarized from
her CBS bio page, without one single citation. You have indicated that you are interested in linking to more photos, but there are plenty of photos in her
IMDB profile. So, it appears there is nothing there that isn't already covered by other sources. In addition, should we really be linking to sites that plagiarize material? Seems dubious, when they are simply scraping information from the web (including Wikipedia) to create a website that generates ad revenue through banner ads and popups.
Plastikspork―Œ(talk) 22:43, 3 January 2010 (UTC)reply
Since the IMDB has photos we don't really need to link to poptower. I didn't realize that IMDB has photos. Good point.
