A manmade moonstone is a gem that is created in a lab. It is basically a simulated stone created by man and not by mother nature.
Man made gems are usually lab created to make it exactly the same as a real genuine gemstone but sold at about a fraction of what an authentic or genuine gemstone would cost.

Photosubmissions received three photos of a Moonstone found in 1918 on an expedition to Mt Kilimanjaro. Possibly the world's largest. Some combination of the following images may be appropriate for the article.

At the end it states blandly with ref. 7, "Balances brow chakra and opens crown chakra[7]" What, really? Give me a break with this occult nonsense! At best, it should say, "In occult nonsense-land, moonstone is said to..." The section currently titled "In ancient culture" provides no source, is badly spelled, and generally doesn't seem to be Wikipedia quality material. I suggest either deleting, or expanding with useful information from a credible source. 204.69.190.254 ( talk) 16:52, 17 September 2018 (UTC)
Included photo seems to indicate that Moonstone has something to do with marbles, however nothing of this is mentioned in the article.
