I have managed to access some very interesting review articles and it seems to me that almost all the articles are free - at least from what I have seen in my short visit there - and allows full access to articles. In contrast, every other review journal I have come accross out there does not allow access at all. Why is this? Is this just the only journal with review articles that allows access to papers? If not, is there a list in wikipedia with all the open-access review journals?
