I've been doing a bit of research, and I think that this entry could do with some more detailed information about the LADOT.
The Department's annual report, Controller audits, and information from the City Clerk and other sources can give a much more useful entry. 69.231.50.226 ( talk) 04:30, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
Is it the 12th or 23rd, the template states it was added the 23rd. -- .::Imdaking::. Bow | DOWN 03:55, 23 September 2005 (UTC)
I have removed the {{ copyvio}} tag from this article. Whilst I can see that some sentences (and there are not many in the article) are copy-pasted, it is my understanding that such small amounts of work, on e.g. the scale of a sentence are not inherently copyrightable. This article also includes other information that may be taken from elsewhere, it is hard to tell, but it is certainly not taken from the given source. Thus, I do not think it infringes copyright from the source listed. A more detailed investigation may be in order, however, along with a repost to WP:CP. I'm not an expert on these things, however. - Splash talk 02:55, 27 September 2005 (UTC)
Image:LADOT logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. BetacommandBot 00:02, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

If anyone cares to properly add this image to the page...
I'm bad at layout and I've forgotten certain Wiki commands. -- AllyUnion (talk) 09:35, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
I would like to let everyone know that the bus fleet information on the LADOT page lacks a source and it's unnecessary to have on this page. I will remove the bus fleet sections for DASH, Commuter Express, and Cityride because these sections are causing the page to clutter. I voted for removal of the bus fleet sections. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Thecleanup ( talk • contribs) 22:11, 7 February 2015 (UTC)
