Yes, I would definitely either split it in two or maybe make relevant entries under the various railway lines listed. It's a very very long list indeed! Regs,

I have removed the {{prod}} tag which proposed that this article be deleted, because I think that this article has merit and so should not be deleted from Wikipedia. I'm leaving this message here as notification. If you still think the article should be deleted, please don't add the {{prod}} template back to the article as that process is only to be used when there is no opposition.

Oppose splitting. At the time of the post, the article's style, formatting and layout have been significantly changed and improved, and it makes more sense at this time to keep all of the information in one list article per these changes. Northamerica1000(talk) 22:59, 24 April 2012 (UTC)reply
I am removing the split tag because the reasons for the tag have been addressed.

It appears that only trains that have Wikipedia articles are listed, from what I've ascertained. Northamerica1000(talk) 21:30, 2 June 2012 (UTC)reply
Well, lots of trains, that have good quality wikipedia articles have NOT BEEN listen over here.
Godavari Express,
Visakha Express and
Falaknuma Express, for example. They are all very famous withing the state of
Andhra Pradesh. There are several other named trains of Indian railways that have not been listed here. This article still needs lots of work. Just saying. --

I propose merging
List of named passenger trains in India into
List of trains run by Indian Railways. I think the content in Passenger trains web page can easily be explained in the context of Indian Railways as both are having same motive and this article just needs more trains improving the page from passenger train page, and a merge would not cause any article-size or
weighting problems in Indian Railways Page.
