Would someone please create pages for all these urban areas. They aren’t synonymous with the cities they link to and they aren’t synonymous with metropolitan areas either. An urban area is the core of a metro area 172.58.60.48 ( talk) 08:54, 29 July 2023 (UTC) reply

I'm skeptical that standalone articles for individual urban areas would meet Wikipedia's standards of notability. There are unlikely to be enough independent content sources written about urban areas to warrant their own articles. Any information about an urban area is likely covered in the articles about the core city or its metropolitan area. Ostealthy ( talk) 12:45, 1 August 2023 (UTC) reply
