For English law this article is completely wrong. I guess it might be right in the US, but it should explicitly state this. For example, English law (common law) doesn't explicitly require rent for a lease to be created ( see LPA 1925, s205, (1) (xxvii)). Leases may not be for indefinite duration (Prudential Assurance v LRB [1992]), and the lease is not a legal document, the deed is. I'm not really an expert in this area, so I don't want to change things, but someone should really have a look. truth been told: I think the meaning of Lease and Pacht do not 100% match, but the current state is totally messed up. I gave up changing it, because something is always blocking the change.
