This page, as it currently exists, is a rip of kscr.org/learn. This content is not very NPOV--I know because I wrote it myself for kscr.org, based on original information gathered by Courtney Beavers in 2003. In particular, the history section I wrote glosses over quite a bit of info for the sake of marketing the station to its current audience. As a former employee of the station, I'm not sure I have the neutrality required to fix it properly, but I might take a stab at it soon since this page has been so dormant.
