Made a couple of changes earlier to reflect how KCOS started. The station did debut on Channel 7 in 1978, and KVIA was on Channel 13 at the time. The way I remember it, KCOS and KVIA wanted to do a channel swap so the ABC affiliate would be on Channel 7, and thus adapting the Circle 7 logo.

The KCOS-7 logo when it debuted was a circle of 7s to make it look like a sun.

I have moved this article back to KCOS from KCOS-TV. Consensus on both WP:NC#Broadcasting and Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Television_Stations#Article_names is that the article name should reflect the actual call letters of the TV station. As can be seen here: [1] the call letters for this station are in fact KCOS. Any concerns regarding this topic would be best addressed here: Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Television_Stations.
