Tribute section moved to talk page

There appears to be a difference of opinion as to whether the Balfour neighborhood in Hamilton is named after this James Balfour or somebody else. There was a statement in the article that it was, and then a talk-page-type rebuttal below it, but no citation for either one. I did a little Googling and couldn't find a definitive statement either way.

I did find this newspaper story https://www.thespec.com/news-story/6062712--gran-would-be-horrified-about-hamilton-s-balfour-mansion/ talking about a "Balfour Mansion", aka Chedoke, that St. Clair and Ethel Balfour lived in starting in 1909. Ethel lived there until 1976, and then (presumably) one of her daughters lived there until 2013. I think this house is on Balfour Drive, just north of Scenic Drive - or a little northwest of Fennell Avenue and Garth Street.

Google Maps labels the Balfour neighborhood according to the streets that were in the original Tribute section. The Balfour Mansion is a little bit northwest of that neighborhood, but not in it.

I moved the Tribute section from the main article to here, until someone has some more definitive information. It is below.

Tribute

The Balfour neighbourhood on the Hamilton Mountain was named after him. It is bounded by Fennell Avenue East (north), Mohawk Road East (south), Upper James Street (west) and Upper Wellington Street (east). Notable landmarks in this neighbourhood include the Mountain Plaze Mall and Norwood Park.

This information is completely false. The Balfour neighbourhood is not named after James Balfour the Architect, but another unrelated Balfour, a well-to-do 19th century Hamilton merchant who build a large home on the mountain brow. citation needed
