What is the thermal power output of the reactor? I'd presume its smaller then Monju

Question, can someone help me find out WHERE this reactor is? One of my sources said it was in Tokai-mura, but it's listed as one of the reactors in the Oarai center (see the
Japan Atomic Energy Agency page). So basically I don't know, and the homepage is written on about a 2nd grade level. -
