Data shows you said that Hughes was sold to Raytheon.
Hughes was split up into pieces by GM. Part was sold to Raytheon. Part to Boeing (Satellites) , etc. Hughes Aircraft was a non profit corporation until it was sold to GM in mid 1990s.

The passage in the lead that I presume you're objecting to has proper citations.
WP:PROVEIT applies if you think it's wrong. Also, Hughes Aircraft was owned by a non-profit, HHMI, for most of its history. This is an important distinction from being a non-profit itself; it certainly wasn't according to anything I've read.
