You're right, it's supposed to be Holm Powerhouse (though I've seen it referenced in some more questionable sources as "Cherry Powerhouse")... Thanks for catching that.

Simpler vs simple
I believe I was responsible for that phrase "a simple matter" when I edited this article a while back, and it's most definitely a typo. Cutting a giant hole through the base of a 400-foot high concrete dam is not easy. However it's still easier than removing the entire dam. Hence simpler.

I see. But "it would be a simpler matter of ..." seems highly unidiomatic. Can you phrase it such that it doesn't sound wrong?
