No offense to the original creator intended but I did a complete rewrite and enhancement of the article. While stories about how he was a kind grandfather who loved playing with his grandkids in the Governors mansion belong somewhere I'm sure, a wiki bio doesnt seem the right place. Warts & all, I've attempted to present an unbiased fact-based bio that deals with his alleged connections to organized crime. As Joe Friday was fond of saying, "just the facts, ma'am'.
