I don't know how to specify the exact coordinates, but the current Google Maps location is about 8 blocks too far North. The location of the Peters House is on the corner of Ponce de Leon and Piedmont Road, not Piedmont, between 8th and 9th.
I think these are the coordinates: 33.772280, -84.381545
