The last time around, this article seemed very short and under-detailed. Since then, Lost Fugitive has put a great deal of effort into it, addressing the issues from the last review and more than doubling the article's length. I see no issues with original research or sourcing, and the content looks fine after a detailed look-over, with all the major details covered and reliably sourced. This is definitely GA quality now.
