Untitled

It would be good to have a 'disambiguation' entry on 'Dharmaraja' as a Buddhist concept - it is referenced from the entry on 'Dharmapala' and I'm sure it is not the College in Kandy that is meant! Thanks. 81.154.203.184 22:20, 6 December 2006 (UTC) reply

Assessment

A long and detailed article, which I am assessing as C / High after a request. Good to see an infobox and lots of appropriate pictures, as well as many in-line citations. To improve the article it needs better referencing, citation templates should be used as much as possible, see Wikipedia:Citation templates for a guide. The history section dominates the article and contains many paragraphs without section breaks, this section should be broken up into different eras and some content perhaps moved elsewhere. The section also needs to be checked for neutrality, some peacock terms seem evident such as Dharmaraja College, Kandy is one of the premier Buddhist Schools in the country boasting a prolific history of more than 120 years since 30th of June 1887. Some sections could do with expanding, try to give prose with context rather than lists where possible. More information on curriculum would be good, the article seems to focus on sports and common extra-curricular activities. A separate list for alumni for the amount this article has is a good idea and should be kept, but keep an appropriate summary. The trivia section should be removed if possible, by integrating its contents into the rest of the article. Finally, the external links are excessive, only key ones should be present, per WP:EL.
