Lead
"The route" begins two consecutive sentences, paragraph 1. Before you nominate a GAN, please at least skim over the prose and fix simple stuff like this.
In the 1990s, several improvements were planned for DE 141 north of Prices Corner. Among the improvements made were a grade separation at Rockland Road completed in 1997 and relocation of the northern terminus to its current location at an interchange completed in 2007. - eliminate the redundancy.
Sentence 1 - I am definitely not seeing the line along the entirety of today's DE 141, so you need to clarify. In fact, I am having difficulty identifying today's routing at all.
Clarified as to what would become DE 141 was a county road, as the road has undergone changes since initial creation. The map is not of the best quality, but I was able to make out the roads. Dough4872 23:29, 7 August 2012 (UTC)reply
Sentence 3 - and past Newport too, if I'm reading this right.
Changed as map does not label DE 41 as Newport Gap Pike. Dough4872 23:29, 7 August 2012 (UTC)reply
Please add bounding citations for the first paragraph if they're available. For example, 1957-1971 is a long timespan...

an a new interchange with US 202 and DE 261 - and?
Between 2007 and 2010 - you don't have a source to back up the 2010 part. You have a source that says that it was planned to be completed in 2010, but we all know construction falls behind schedule.
Added additional reference from 2010. Dough4872 23:29, 7 August 2012 (UTC)reply
But that doesn't indicate completion. --Rschen7754 01:16, 8 August 2012 (UTC)reply
