I propose merging Decarbonisation measures in proposed UK electricity market reform into Energy policy of the United Kingdom. This topic is not notable enough for its own article, given it is a small part of a proposed policy from more than a decade ago, and does not warrant more than a section of the bigger article. Through my editing of energy-related articles, I've noticed a clear trend of governments proactively implementing strategies to accelerate renewable energy use and steadily phase out fossil fuels.
