I'm no longer in the area, but it should be noted that my photo of the fountain was deleted as the copyright of the sculptor has not yet expired and a photo focused on the fountain is considered a derivative work. I believe that one can still take a photo including the fountain under freedom of panorama principles; just don't zoom in on the fountain. - Banyan Tree 21:30, 31 July 2007 (UTC) reply

Just imagine if that were true! How could there be any illustrations in Wikipedia of the built environment. You've been successfully bullied by a combination of ignorance and officiousness, not unknown at Wikipedia. However the chrysanthemums will make a good photo for someone, and perhaps the Untermyer Fountain will get in the way. -- Wetman 13:21, 1 August 2007 (UTC) reply
